End Cap
Patented design fit’s into the end of rail cover using PVC Solvent Cement.
Using Netcan clear Solvent Cement, attach the End Cap into the end of the Handrail Cover or deck railing covers, by applying the glue to the inside of the handrail cover. Applying the glue in this way, the glue will not be pushed up over the face of the End Cap. PVC Solvent Cement melts the surface of the H/R Cover in order to weld or bond the two surfaces. Use caution and gloves to protect skin, goggles to protect eyes. I like to tape the Cap into place using packaging tape until the glue has had time to set.
